1.1. This Policy describes what data the "BTC Faucet" website collects, why, and how it is used. By using the Site you agree to this Policy.

2.1. Account data: login, email, FaucetPay email for payouts, interface language, country (detected from IP).

2.2. Activity data: balance, claims, withdrawals, games, lottery, referrals, level, support requests.

2.3. Technical data: IP address, browser fingerprint, a hidden device identifier, browser details, security action log. This is used to protect against multi-accounting and fraud.

2.4. Telegram: if you connect notifications, your Telegram chat ID is stored.

3.4. For statistics and improving the Site. In public statistics and on the home page payout feed a partly hidden FaucetPay email is shown (for example, jo***an@gmail.com). In leaderboards (referrals, level, earnings, streak, Multiply) and among lottery winners your login is shown in full. Your login is also part of your referral link. Other account data is not shown publicly.

4. Cookies and local storage

4.1. We use cookies and browser local storage for: logging in (session), remembering your language, the referral link (up to 30 days) and your acknowledgement of the cookie notice.

4.2. Cookies of third-party services (hCaptcha, ad networks) may be set by their owners under their own rules.

4.3. You can delete cookies in your browser settings, but then login and some features may stop working.

5. Sharing data with third parties

5.1. We do not sell your data. Data is shared only with services the Site depends on: FaucetPay (payouts), hCaptcha (bot check), an email service (sending emails), Telegram (notifications), a payment service (paid ad links), and services providing country detection and the BTC rate.

5.2. Ad networks showing ads on the Site may collect visitor data under their own rules.

5.3. Data may be disclosed on a lawful request of authorities.

6. Storage and protection

6.1. Data is kept while your account exists and as long as needed to protect the Site and comply with the law. We restrict access to data and take reasonable protection measures, but no system is completely secure.

6.2. Do not use a password on the Site that you use on other services.

7. Your rights

7.1. You may request access to your data, correction of it, or deletion of your account. Deletion may be impossible where data is needed for fraud protection or by law.

7.2. You can change your email, password and FaucetPay email in account settings.
