Public Offer (Terms of Service)

1. General

1.1. This document is a public offer and sets out the terms of use of the "BTC Faucet" website (the "Site"). By registering on or using the Site you fully and unconditionally accept these terms.

1.2. If you do not agree with the terms, do not register or use the Site.

1.3. The Site is intended for adults (18+), or for persons who have reached the age from which the law of their country allows using such services. Complying with your local law when using the Site is your responsibility.

2. What the Site is

2.1. The Site is an entertainment service where users can receive small rewards in satoshi (claims, daily bonus, tasks, referrals) and take part in a lottery and the Multiply game.

2.2. Rewards depend on the Site settings and may be changed by the administration at any time. The Site does not guarantee income and is not a way to earn money or an investment.

2.3. Games (Multiply, lottery) involve risk: a bet can be lost entirely. Only play with funds you can afford to lose.

3. Account

3.1. To use the Site you must register with a login, email and password and confirm your email with the code sent to you.

3.2. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all actions made under your account.

3.3. One account per person (one device and one network) is allowed. Creating multiple accounts, using VPN/proxies to bypass restrictions, bots, scripts, or any attempt to cheat the system is prohibited.

3.4. To protect against abuse the Site analyses technical data (IP address, browser fingerprint, device signals) — see the Privacy Policy for details.

4. Payouts

4.1. Payouts are made in BTC (satoshi) through FaucetPay to the FaucetPay email you provided and confirmed. You are responsible for the correctness of these details; funds sent to wrongly entered details are not refunded.

4.2. The minimum withdrawal, auto-payout threshold, minimum account age and other withdrawal conditions are shown on the Site and may change. Payouts above the threshold may be reviewed manually.

4.3. We are not responsible for delays or failures on the side of FaucetPay, the Bitcoin network or other third-party services.

5. Advertising and required steps

5.1. The Site contains third-party advertising. Before a reward is granted you may need to complete extra steps (pass a shortlink, view a banner or sponsor page, solve a captcha).

5.2. We do not control the content of third-party advertised sites and are not responsible for them. You follow ads at your own risk.

5.3. Paid placement of advertising links is governed by separate terms shown in the placement form.

6. Referral program

6.1. You may invite other users with your referral link and receive a percentage of their rewards under the conditions shown on the Site.

6.2. Registering fake or your own accounts through your referral link is prohibited; such earnings are cancelled.

7. Violations and bans

7.1. If these terms are violated, the administration may, without notice, ban the account, cancel earnings and block withdrawals.

7.2. The administration may refuse registration or payout if abuse is suspected.

8. Liability

8.1. The Site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors or preservation of virtual balances.

8.2. To the extent permitted by law, the administration is not liable for losses connected with using or being unable to use the Site, or for actions of third parties.

9. Changes

9.1. We may change these terms. The new version takes effect when published on this page. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the changes.
